China's export manufacturing industry labor shortage is not a new challenge. Current losses, however, more than last year, is said to be serious. In fact, a month after the annual spring festival, for more than 90 percent of factories still are estimated to be 10-30 per cent shortage of staff. This deficit is more than 3 percent in 2010.
